What is your return/exchange policy?

My order arrived with damaged items. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that, and we’re here to help! Please email us at: info@kenadoll.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and be sure to provide us with your order number. To qualify for a replacement, you must include pictures of your damaged items.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

The product I want is out of stock! When will it be available again?

Oh no! Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce restock dates via social media.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell wholesale nor do we authorize the resale of our products.
