What is your return/exchange policy?

If you have experienced any issues with your order, please contact us at: info@kenadoll.com and we’ll do our best to help you!

We’re so sorry to hear that, and we’re here to help! Please email us at: info@kenadoll.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and be sure to provide us with your order number. To qualify for a replacement, you must include pictures of your damaged items.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
