How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is FREE for all US domestic orders over $50USD
  • Flat Rate on US domestic orders under $50USD is $4.75USD

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. If you are having trouble finding your order confirmation email or tracking information, please email our customer care team at info@kenadoll.com and we will provide you with an order status.


Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes USPS tracking is incorrect, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. Your package will most likely be delivered shortly thereafter. Please note: Kena Dolls is not responsible and will not provide refunds for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed shipments. In the rare event that you do not receive your package after waiting several days, you will need to contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service here and report this incident.


I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@kenadoll.com with your inquiry.
